Pinemeadow Command Q Irons ~ $149.95
Description
The Command series has always been highly regarded as a forgiving club featuring cutting edge weighting throughout the clubhead. The latest Command iron set is no different, featuring a weight distribution technology and wider sole. The wider then usual sole design combined with an under-cut cavity and rear weighting produce superior playability for all types of players.
What difference does the wide sole make? The wide sole prevents the club from digging into the turf ensuring more solid contact even on fat or thin shots. The lower center of gravity produces a higher launch angle.
How do the under-cut cavity and added weights in the rear of the club help? They dramatically increase the moment of inertia, reducing twisting and increasing accuracy, even on miss-hits. The weights also lower the center of gravity for optimal trajectory and feel.
Looking for a forgiving, game improving club with up-to-date technologies and maximum forgiveness, the Command irons are a perfect club for you. If you like the features of the irons the Command Q4 Titanium Driver and Command Q4 Fairway Woods are a perfect complement.

Customer Reviews
Jake Smith rated this product on 08/20/08 I'm a mediocre golfer; I've been hacking away for about 45 years now with hand-me-down clubs of one sort or another. Last year I decided to bite the bullet and get something decent, so I bought a set of Command Q irons. Well, lo and behold -- equipment does matter! These clubs have much better feel than anything I've used before, they're more forgiving (I'm not chunking the ball nearly as much as before, for example), and I find I'm hitting them about 10 yards farther (i.e., I can now hit a 9 as far as I used to hit an 8, and so on). The moral of the story is that a good set of clubs can bring dramatic improvement even for an 18+ handicapper like me.
Diego rated this product on 08/18/08 These clubs are great. The ball goes much further than with my gramp's set, i'm also a bit more accurate and consistent. I consider myself a beginner (playing for 6 months) and after my first round with this set, my score improved by 10 strokes. I have also noticed that the 6 iron has a dull sound to it, but it still hits great. I still can't hit well with the 3 iron... but i think that's a personal problem... Definitely recommend this to everyone.
Charley rated this product on 08/15/08 Played with my Command irons for the first time yesterday. Every hit felt solid, and I was actually hitting the ball longer than with my Titliest DCI's. I will now only buy my clubs from Pine Meadows.
Jim R rated this product on 08/09/08 Just bought the command irons and was very impressed. The order arrived right on time and the clubs look even better in person than on the website. Took them right to the driving range and I must say they feel great. Will be happy to recommend this company to all my friends. For the price, I don't think you can find a better deal anywhere. Will be a repeat customer for sure.
Victor rated this product on 08/02/08 I went to the driving range today to test out these irons. They look and feel good, and hit the ball 5-10 yards further than my old clubs. The #6 iron does make a high pich sould at impact with the ball, as describe by Chris on 6/18, and Steve on 6/19. I also bought Exel Strong 3 wood. I do not like it yet. It feels dull at impact. I will try them on the course. I wll comback
