Monty Charlton reviewed this product on 03/22/06 It is not totally clear from the product description that the fairway woods are stainless steel. If they were titanium, this set would be a really good deal. Realizing they were stainless, I added up each item individually. I totaled the clubs, bag, even the free head covers, and the complete set turned out to be forty dollars MORE EXPENSIVE than each item purchased separately. Obviously, I thought, this must be an oversight. I called support, frankly expecting an apology and a store credit. I got a polite but unapologetic response. The option I was given was to package up the set, ship it back at MY EXPENSE, then reorder the exact same clubs-- all this to get the correct price. Clearly, this was not an option. My advice, now, is to be wary about complete sets here, and to be careful about Pinemeadow support in general. With all the good stories I read here, I really expected more. Unfortunately, I now use a disclaimer when recommending Pinemeadow to friends.
